Besides the obvious technical and analytical responsibilities of determining how O'Keeffe made her works of art and why they deteriorate, I have been developing computational preservation technologies: digital- and image-based methods for increasing automation, resolution, accuracy, and reliability of condition detection, evaluation and damage prevention.
