Lauren Curtright holds degrees in English from the University of Florida (BA), Indiana University (MA), and University of Minnesota (PhD). She researches theories of technological reproducibility in Gothic and Modernist literature and film. She teaches courses on American literature and visual culture, representations of race and gender, and relations between literature, science, and technology.
